It gives you a lot of travelling & leaves. Exposure is good. Other staff is very cooperative and good in behavior.

Dislikes

As all private firms, it is good at beginning. Top most authority is of MD but all decisions are taken by CEO. MD never interferes in CEO decision even when it is required. Salary is not good. Increment was denied. CEO is highly NON cooperative. If you ask for a solution, he will divert you to someone else or give you a new problem. Travelling is way too much and you will be mostly in journey. Flights are not provided. Only 3 AC train is allowed. You have the pressure to collect money from the clients....Read More

I was quality consultant. My job was to visit client hospitals and provide consultation for NABH certification. I used to travel entire North India and visit hospitals.

The work pressure is high sometimes I have to work more than 14-16 hrs straight in a day and travelling in night but I have a passion about this work so not a big deal for me,
