New policies, including flexible work arrangements and business process guidelines have been introduced and implemented to alleviate work-related stress and promote a healthier work-life balance. We accept that in the past, concerns about limited learning and growth opportunities were raised by Ackers. A young, diverse, and extremely fast-growing organization, our leadership has taken this feedback to heart and has made substantial changes to foster a culture of continuous learning. We are also constantly working together with the Leadership and HR teams to implement changes in processes and policies to consistently reflect a shift towards valuing Acker autonomy and discouraging activities that adversely affect our Ackers.
