Now is the era of more progressive flexibility given to employees and shouldn’t matter where one works from and onus should be on the managers to manage teams and deliver and ask teams to come when needed. There is a payment policy named LTIP. In which, they pay you your variable and stocks one year late. I worked hard this year and for that I'll get payment next year and that too in breaks half in June and other Half in December. Whenever you leave the company you'll loose your variable for at least one year. I have never seen this kind of payment policy in any other company. It's very disgusting how they are looting employees hard earned money by making these kinds of policies....Read More

Some teams like mine have high micromanaging, Low Work Life balance. No visibility for your work. Low Salary Rude Managers who can take WFH/Leaves but do not approve their Reportees leaves Habit of dumping work on juniors and highlighting themselves.
