Very good leader of the founder but the subordinates are very very bad... Especially HR, Principal, vice principal...they only focus for own economic growth cannot put the effort the institution. Since 2000 onwards many legends worked but no one take the project. I am the first person was got NCERT teacher education funded minar project. It's big achievement of me. Principal used to give lot of encouragement to staff to improve their skills which helps for their career development.

Dislikes

Nepotism and partiality of Head of the Dept.we cannot expect to receive salary every month.This was the situation 4 years ago.Hope things might have changed now.
