I joined the company in October 2022. 1 thing would like to share that HR is very supportive here. The way they talk to us is really appreciated. They give solutions for all the problems. And they celebrate all the festivals in the company else big or small. They celebrate all the little things for us. Will give 5 out of 5 only for HR.

Just the location!!! It's there in CP, heart of Delhi.

Nothing is organized. Accounts department is good. Learning opportunities are meagre since people sitting at top would not allow you freedom of expression, freedom of learning, one of the office does not even have an in-house toilet. Even the smallest decision is supposed to be brought to the attention of MDs. No company sponsored learning programme or study policy. Professional development cannot happen there. Culture is not even domestic organization type, it's more of Lala type companies. You can be duped by the consultants as they may present a different picture while hiring you but it will turn out completely different!!! Bonuses can be cancelled at any time. People who are working there can't even switch to other companies as they have multiple contacts and you may remain stuck there for good amount of time......Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
