Accutest team - the clinical and technical team are very good to work with. Their history is the selling point for business.

The culture and the HR team. The most pathetic team I have ever seen in my career. No empathy, no clarity and fake promises by the HR team specially Jeetendra Dhonde - Head of HR. The top management is not at all considerate and abuses the employees for their failures. Literal abuses.

Favorism, No or poor increment, Zero appreciation, at ground level in terms of incentives Working with extremely low man power so taking leaves on festival or in summer vacation is given with difficulty. So less job security and person working in late 40s life is difficult as for them getting another job is also difficult.
