Even u work for late hours they will not appreciate you. The salary increment is totally non sense. When the time of salary increment comes they will excuse of low sales volume of product. At the time of COVID-19 there is increase in company sales and they recruit new person and take work from them as per there expectations but theywill not increase your pay scale.
