Secure of job, environment is nice, company policies are good to accept, Management is also good.

Dislikes

Better to look to the life of all employees; because of those employees, the organisation is growing.

Work Details

Taking care of day to day accounts, finance, Bank, cash, Bookkeeping jobs (both for Indian & Australian), FTE of foreign companies.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
