Nothing, this is a shop not an organization. Terrible company. This type of company prove that now a days any illiterate and uneducated person can become director without knowing or having 1% knowledge of work.

Dislikes

Everything is worst Salary structure, work lyf balance, job security, growth. Extremely disturbed company, very cheap thinking. Poor management.
