Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Nothing to like about, worst company to work for, no medical insurance given, no facility given

Dislikes

Making them work for 14-15 hours a day, with just 4-5 days leave per month, no medical insurance given, and that too with just 13000 per month salary. Just wow, as per company norms, we have to work for 9 hrs only but they make them work for 15 hours with no compensation, no OT, no leaves, nothing, if we get sick, they say, no liability of the company at all, just how great the company is? It's the worst company to work for. Those making millions feeding off money from these poor workers, don't you fear from God...?...Read More
