Work culture has to develop Management has to recognise the individual performance and appreciate or reward Promotion will be given based on your relationship with the manager No work life balance, you have to work on weekend aswell with no recognition HR and Management are not trustworthy

Actually I wanna give negative stars for Work satisfaction, Salary benefits, work life balance, and Company culture 👎👎👎 Just a worst company with full of negativity and mental pressure. Never join in this company. They are unprofessional and unethical. Most of the people in management and legal behave arrogantly with bad attitude, especially legal advisor - Mahi Bala. she treat people very rude and nasty. She yell at the employees with derogatory words. If the management don't like you they will frame allegations on you, from there Mahi Bala will pitch in and get off her past life trauma on you with malevolence without even knowing anything about you. I never seen a women with such mental issues and I could not believe how such people are working in a corporate environment for more than a decade and how board of directors didn't even notice or identify them which concludes the poor standard of the company....Read More

Access can gain more loyal and stabilized employees if a market revision on salary was provided. This can be done atleast for the employees who work for more than 5+ years.
