Demotivating company. Fraud company. Never received Full N Final settlement of 20,000/- Rs since 3 years. Corrupt management

Came here for interview. programming rounds were taken by someone who did not look like employees. Question were asked in marathi language only. Final HR interview was taken by some fat old guy who was chewing tobacco. There only I understood joining this company would be a mistake.

I would strongly advise against working for this company. The management is the worst I have seen in my career. The Director has created a hostile and toxic work environment, frequently harassing hardworking employees and using inappropriate language, including cuss words. It is incredibly demotivating and unprofessional to work in such an environment. The company also has an unhealthy work culture, with unrealistic expectations and pressure to work excessive hours. Employees are often forced to stay late and are even asked to take on tasks outside of their role, such as marketing work for the IT team. This lack of respect for employees is extremely frustrating. The salary here is so small, that you'll need magnifying glass to see it. Cleanliness is a myth here.., Unhygienic drinking water, Unhygienic Washrooms & even untidy pantry makes worse to eat. Overall, this company fails to value its employees, and the toxic leadership only makes it worse. If you value respect, professionalism, and a healthy work environment, I would recommend to stay jobless rather than working for this company....Read More
