Hi all, I am having two offers- one from Infy (Kolkata) another from Deloitte (Hyd). Kolkata being my preferred location, while Deloitte offering 15k more monthly. (I know Hyd's expense will cancel this out eventually). Kindly suggest on what to do. This is my first switch. Thanks in advance.

In the name of divercity policy, many capable employees will not get promotion. I am just talking about what happened with me. Even my manager expressed the same.
