Company does foster culture for Innovation , growth. Centrally lot of things are there which we can study and enrich ourselves . 6 months feedback culture. Supportive environment for employees till first 6-7 months.

As already mentioned there are lot of things to study but we were not allowed to take them. It all depends on which team you land up. Initially it was very good team in which I started but later on I was hijacked in a team where regional biases were surfacing. Local language communication was rampant in that team because of which we people from other region started missing out.
