Work life balance is considered strictly. Free transportation and freedom to work without any nagging. Good work environment. We are recognised for our good work and appreciated. Flexible working environment. Childcare centres.

Dislikes

Maternity leave can be increased more. There should be one user friendly site for navigating every app an employee would need.

Dislikes

Denying proper ratings and promotions to the honest and deserving employees. Managers ill-treating subordinates and making them feel worthless.
