There is job security if you are an Employee, the management will take care of it. They will move you to different deals and projects if the current deal or project is not capable of keeping you. There is too much to learn, people have good knowledge and skills which you can learn.

Dislikes

You will be given bonuses but you wont be satisfied with it. It is less. Promotions and Appraisals do not happen very much. There is work pressure but manageable sometimes. Company culture depends on the project you work with.

I haven’t got appraisal in a year yet. And did not get promotion since I joined the project. Otherwise everything is good.
