Need advice on which company to join

I have offers from HealthAsyst and WellDoc at 13LPA fixed as a .NET FSD. Also Capgemini and Mphasis offering me 14 LPA (yet to disclose structure) I'm interviewing with Deloitte and Dentsu for a higher offer. They provide job security as they always provide a healthy sustainable work life too, seniors are supportive and they always stand up for their team.

Dislikes

The thing which can be changed is that the freshers should be given a cup of their responsibility rather than giving them task that has no technical learning. When you have devoted enough time in the firm, then you start having your own set of task.
