Teammates are good and enjoyed there working and it is good organisation to work but growth and other opportunities are limited unless untill you are in the good books of your verticals. Internal politics too matter when it comes for making choice for growth. Benefits and priority are given to those who are keen to there boss. The worst part was differential salary system and appraisal. All though it has a bell curve practise of appraisal system but ultimately goes for a toss when politics is involved.
