If you are reporting to the US manager, then there is a problem. Encountered discrimination because of Indian. India (local) HR is not authorized to ask American employees, if you raise or escalate any issues with them against the US reporting manager. US manager always forces you to attend meetings, even if you inform him to log off early because of a health issue or take any ad hoc one-day leave . If you ask for Christmas vacation, the US reporting manager's first question is: It's a US holiday, why do you need 3-4 days of vacation? Every time you go on leave, the US manager will ask you to identify a backup resource. However, this condition is not applicable to US employees. There are absolutely no guidelines for putting employees on PIP. An employee who has not yet finished the probationary period (4 months after joining the company) has been placed in PIP by the US manager without informing local HR. Best company for freshers.Good exposure.. Can learn a lot quickly. Can become a good springboard for your carrer. However should be ready to work hard.
