Passion towards excellence is the driving force for ACC Concrete Ltd. Inception of my journey with ACC Concrete Ltd as GET followed by Induction for a span of one month where major superior spoke persons addressed the overview of company with presentation. While induction in process itself we had exposure towards batching plants fora week, where we been through various divisions of operations i.e., batching, quality, inventory and maintenance. The employees in the plant are so intuitive and cooperated us lot in learning while their job in progress. Returning back from plants we presented our observations and area of scope for further improvements. After induction we were deployed at various plants initially either in production or quality. Our status of progress in our job at plants was keep updating through monthly reports and same was subjected to evaluation by Head HR provided with grades. A GET muat identify the area of improvement and same thing taken as project and has to complete within 6 months and same will be presented periodical meeting. During this reign GET's are under control of Head HR. In plants GETs must aware thoroughly about key parameters of HUMAR TAJ, a reward of money given to a plant that perform best among all and GETs has to assist plant employees to achieving good bench marks in all respective divisions. There is absolutely no assurance given that any GET can be deputed to a plant that is nearby to his/her hometown... Based on soft corner girls may get chance to work at plants nearby to their hometown. I had noticed religion bias in placement at plants after a year. Our HR was retired military brigadier who had policy to keep GETs away from home for better focused work environment. Since the plants are coming under constructional division, hectic work schedule without weekly off may happen often according to the sales and volumes.......Read More
