The only good thing that I find worth mentioning is that you get a really good hold on how office politics works .

There are no definitive metrics in place to measure anybody's performance. Even though these might be formulated at the Upper Management level, they never percolate down to the person who these should actually apply to. Hence, the managers can always insinuate that your performance is bad. Ok, but based on what? Every target set is based on something arbitrary, that oftentimes defies plain mathematics also. The managers are really toxic, there absolute disregard for employee mental health and productivity and the you cannot even raise an issue to the HR department. Because if you do and they take some action, you are going to have really tough time dealing with your manager after that. Speaking of managers, they lack the ability to get the best out of their people. They don't want to be managers; they just want to appear to be managers. Only people who praise the managers and be their 'yes men' are the ones who make it to the top of the ladder here. The knowledge you have, the expertise you carry and also the suggestions you offer, have no meaning unless you are a yes man, even if your solution is a productive one. Work Details

The worst. I was almost depressed because of my manager, who wasn't even good at his job. No work life balance, no idea about what my actual job responsibilities were, and i wasn't told anything concrete when asked, just constant yelling and shouting.
