Not practical Thinking. Full One way communication Top -) Bottom. No Motivation of employee, No failure analysis on employee achievement. Incase anyone joining should ready to move before 40 age. Company policies is good but company management people didn't work as per policy. Punching time is 8:30 hrs but we work daily more. No take care off holidays and week off days. Bonus not given to employees. No proper mapping system available. Hike salary policy is not good, they people at the time recruitment telling one and execute different.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
