Salary, Increment. Transportation (plant to colony). No HR policy. Less increment. Not transperant any policy. No medical facilities in plant and colony also. No emergency vehicles for any emergency. No appreciation, and no knowledge sharing form senior level.

Actually I used to like to work here due to freedom, but now the things have been changing drastically in bad ways. I used to like the leave policy.

Dislikes

It has no proper salary structure, no growth plan for employees or their future. It had good leave policy previously but now it's all gone. No night shift allowance. No remote allowance. Health insurance is of 2 lakhs rupees only, which is also divided in several segment to claim.

Work Details

It's really boring. I have been working here since my graduation. So what ever I have learnt, I have from here, but the ridiculous thing is I haven't learn much during this period as no one here was to teach or guide us, not my stupid manager or my GM.
