No employee leave benefits. No national holiday. No hike in salary. Salary varies from 10th to 18th of the month. Humiliate while giving salary. Expect employees to invest in projects and running office expenses. Reimbursements after 25th of the next month

You will get to learn a lot & be pushed to perform which will help develop you.

Dislikes

They have a very poor work culture, lower than zero, work life balance, encourages to work for 24-48 hours straight without any overtime. They will also ask you to work on National Holidays without following the National and Festival Holiday Act to compensate. No bonus given. Also, there is no PF benefits given. HRs are just puppets to the management and have no real responsibilities except hiring which is done here throughout the month. Anything you say to the HR will be asked to communicate directly to the management....Read More
