Hiring and firing culture. No job security. No on job training for freshers. Politics of keeping the higher ups happy. Finding to fire someone if things go wrong instead of correcting and giving a chance for ones who do mistakes. Favouritism among acgroup of employees. Excessive work pressure to meet and maintain targets.

I have been working in this Company as A HSE Support Service Manager for Oil And Gas field for ADCO onshore project. My job was Monitoring, Inspection, Internal and External Audits Investigation and Correction.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Company is good giving a salry on time but I have completed hotel management and tourism diploma I want to join barista post so plz I want to learn more and more and I want training about barista post if possible I would like to join as soon as possible plz
