I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Nothing at all. The company has gone to the dogs, the work load has almost been doubled as majority of the people are leaving. There isn't even any replacement for the people who resigned like six months back or even an year ago.
