As a support Function roles like HR Admin Finance.. The shift is general shift. 9 to 6pm. You can leave office dot at 6. No one will question us. The work life balance is very good. They give very average food for RS 360/yr. You get to meet high level of media ppl. Office is very clean and tidy. Good Ambience but corrupted ppl around you. Office is at prime location in the city.

My direct reporting manager was politically corrupted and she is fake. She is very selfish and she wouldnt protect her team at a crunch situation. She is a Worst ever manager I have ever worked under. She gets the works done by her reportees but she claims all the credit from the top level management. Worst team coordination and everyone have a very biased and gender discrimination among employees. No scope for Learning and growth. They will hire you for HR and ask you to work in TV programming. Pathetic.. They will not let the employees to get connect with the top level of ppl. No timely payment of salaries and incentives as they promise. Salary is only on 5th of every month....Read More
