Management means the proprietor of the company. His decision is final. No democracy in the management body. No job security at all. Tremendous politics and lobbybazi, and lang maramari. From outside you cannot understand, but when you enter inside you can feel my experience.

Only my departmental colleagues attitude was very good.

Attitude of high pay management staff. The salary difference between them and executives are very big. The maximum work responsibility on the shoulder of executives and the managers are just like dictator.
