6 day working is a first and the last bad thing due to which I am not able to make a perfect balance between my personal life and professional life and I really want to highlight a cause and effect relationship OR a chain system between 6th day working and Personal life from my own experience. My work is to help our International client to hire candidate from India, In other words I do global recruitment for multiple domain.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

The CEO of the firm listens to his close aides who often have their own agendas and want to run the company as per their whims & fancies.
