6 day working is a first and the last bad thing due to which I am not able to make a perfect balance between my personal life and professional life and I really want to highlight a cause and effect relationship OR a chain system between 6th day working and Personal life from my own experience. Due to six day working I am not able to take good care of my personal things and Responsibility towards my family, We have only Sunday I have to prepare my clothes and other things to be ready for the next working week, therefore whenever required I had to take extra leave which is against the guidelines and a negative thing in Abhinav and they are very strict in that and then HR cuts my salary for those extra leaves and then its like a cherry on the top for me, now I have to deal with financial problem also with other problems and things are getting bigger month by month Plus they think I am not a serious employee and I have punctuality issue but its not true and I wish HR and Management will take this concern very seriously and try to find out a solution of this problem, and I think everyone in Abhinav facing this problem and they are scarifying with their personal life and responsibilities but seriously I can't. # 6dayworking#Salary cut on leave and late coming#Not insured by Medical....Read More
