I don't like working here at Abhikalpan architects.

Dislikes

Job security is not there at all. The work pressure is vey high. Work lift balance is not considered at all. Its like we have to be always available at this work from home times. There are no privilege's given to us during this covid times. Laptop, wifi everything was in the employees s cope. People join and leave this organization on monthly basis because of the strict rules. There is absolutely no relation between employees here. Can't fing anything good to say about this company....Read More
