Only one thing I would like is that work life balance are quite satisfied at site level. At site level company is providing free food. If you are travelling to other job location then company give all the reimbursement. However it's up to you how you mutually discussed with HR.

Dislikes

Management are found very poor in terms of following and implementing SOPs, procedure, at each level of organization. Top most People are working on their own way without interecting with their down the line. Majority of people are having their Ego and not understanding the practical things which are obstructing the growth of organization. Found poor team work at corporate level only because of ego. Poor communication system found at each levels of management. Less employee has found technically sound in this organization. If you willing to explore and contribute your professional knowledge then it's worthless for such people. However interms of salary is ok. There are no any laps between salaries....Read More

Work Details

Quite interesting, struggling and bit a learning experience that how to handle the top most management who are not cleared about even there job roll. So this was a quite interesting and learning moment.
