Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

The management doesn’t address our issues specially per class rate of visiting classes, washroom etc . Salary is very less for visiting lecturer which is only 600/class.

The job is quite interesting! I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

The University developed intellectual, moral and Physical resources of the youth and channelized their inherent energies towards the achievements of the goals. being part of the University, i have learned lot of experience, utilizing my potential towards the objectives with flexible environment. They are also providing on job training to employees for betterment.

Dislikes

Personally, i don't like the interference of politics in the university because such kind of interference damaging the overall system of the university.
