There is no job security or job satisfaction at all.. Senior designated person i.e. Production Manager, Manager-Quality & Development, Group Manager-HR & Admin, Asst. Manager - Production, Asst. Manager - QA & QC, Sr. Executive- Maintenance never support to you..misguide every time..They are built a lobby unofficial..Lots of Audit done every month (responsibility fully to HR & Admin) as it is a subcontracting of HUL.. So no leave approve by Seniors.. Sunday may also be on duty on some time.....Read More
