My experience in this company is overall very good, there is a good environment, people are supportive and motivated. The company gives you the opportunity to feel the ownership of the outlets by letting you inaugurate the outlet and maintain it. I can opt to choose my shift, without any pressure from managers. We also get Medical and Term insurance (which I have not seen any startup provide)

My time at abCoffee has been valuable, and I specially appreciate the supportive work environment and the opportunity to learn from talented colleagues. The leaders are very knowledgeable and helpful! It is a blend of MNC and Startup culture, with flat org structure.

There is nothing to like, except maybe the coffee which is decent for the price.

Everything! The culture is a mess mostly because of the upper management. Especially the marketing bit, which people in the upper management claim they can do on Canva in 5 minutes, so they keep firing staff in day's notice. All the company needs is college freshers so that they can make them do everything in unjustified working hours.
