You can learn so many things at site by your own.

Dislikes

Company put all his relatives on every site and they are doing too much corruption on site. No time of salary. Non technical person are more at site who are ruling at site.

So as usual it is better for new comers who just finished his education and they want to join the job related to start the carrier of life. And here not one place lob.
