They don't give full and final settlement as per law.

Dislikes

As HR manager The work culture developed by me was an example as was popular in all other branches of ABCI, but Policies and procedures are not shared with branch heads. Resulting in problems on full and final settlement. No yearly increments no bonus to HO roll employees.
