Politics is the main reason for me to get resign in this company.Another department head will involve in my department and create unwanted issues etc.

Dislikes

I have to work 15-18 hours and travel to receive orders and payment dues.it is much deficit to collect payments from clints and it is very deficit to receive orders from customers because the customers are not able to stock materials based on this issues high pressure will be from the marketing head.

My work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the marketing and distribution life cycle.
