I like initial culture of the company like MNC but later down the line it became worse and worse. The management was so much greedy and there was no any support and plan to face the competition in the market.

The kind of sales pressure is there in the company, it is absolutely unnecessary. Fortunately my team was helpful initially but later on it started become worse with the new people appointment specially managers. Managers were worst people I've ever met and worked with. They were so foolish and unplanned that even they were having great team but they had ruined. And please just forget the growth in that company. Once a salesman will always be remain salesman.
