-Seniors are not trained on AGILE methodology -Seniors don't know how to behave professionally -Seniors are well equipped with political mindset to play around with hardworking intellectual engineers -The company is more into hire and quiet resignation mode -HRs are tools of management to mishandle the engineers in the name of company policies -Only reference works and people from Andra Pradesh and Tamilnadu hire their friends and relatives here -Interviews are just for namesake and if you know to behave like a fool you will get selected -Moreover cab facility and HR activities are very poor.
