Overall company is Awesome, But financial growth is slow as per the my requirement.
Still struggling to balance work life due to the non-standatd products we offer to customers as per their requirements. It's very interesting to work in new projects but development requires more time and hence need to work some extra hours.

Working at ABB is good.. its a big brand In covid they have assured job security They started calling everyone to office in may end until they found a case and then closed :D
In R&D please dont join MCB division or any newly started R&D department. They dont have proper projects and R&D Manager will make your life full of stress without work. I will advise to stay away from Nelamangala R&D. HR is of no use. He will not help you in any means. Exit process they have online channel but still u will be forced to do manual so that ur feedback doesnt reach upper management.
