Worst work culture, politics and politics.just a big brand... culture is more worst that a lala company.no bonus,no gift, nothing.10% salary deduction in the name of Honeywell policy, people talk like fish market, every one shouting on each other,worst company in my currier and worst decision taken by me.no working hours,u have to stay till 10,11,12 of night,some time full night.

Company culture, work, environment, agility, respect, compliance, overall, work portfolio is fantastic. This company is very good for the people who have done good efforts throughout their life and really have something value potential to put in.

Dislikes

Sometimes, even after lot of effort to the company, you will just get the pay on time. Job security is hard to define here

Management - micromanagememt, no respected people, personal comments like u r getting paid for it , u r individual contributor so u should not ask doubt to senior but also speak like we are here to help you So don't recommend atleast this project team where manager don't understand boundaries to call on personal mobile as well

High level politics and biazed environment beacuse of few people who are working in the same company from the day earth was formed. People have high ego issues and non supportive. I am not generalizing things. you can say 40 %- 50 % people terrible and egoistic.

while honeywell automation offers great opportunities for for growth and innovation ,like any large carporation ,it has its challanges. some due to its size and structured proccess ,decision-making can be slow and bureaucracy can hurdles in implementing new ideas quickly .

Great infrastructure, good facilities for employees, good for people who says yes boss to reporting manager.

No vision for HCLS, lot of lift and shifts happen every 3/6 month. Uncertainty about job security, one mandatory meeting may call out from management and you may loose your job. They don't like techies who giv s suggestion, if you give suggestions to improve the packing areas. Existing people may start having problem with you, infact they start disliking you.
