Aa you know the company by name its standards are too high. The work life balance is amazing. The growth is too limited so you dont expect any big thing to get even if you perform amazing. Its the story of all mncs.

Interviewer's Attitude is too rude, and he makes predefined assumptions on the answers he is expecting!!! If you are not interested in interview, better ask some one who is eligible to take that going forward

Well once a company become an Indian entity, there is no proper work life balance and culture. No promotion in most departments. Some departments really recognize the hard work but unfortunately I wasn't departments.
