Good company to learn during the projects. You get many opportunities to learn and grow. Management instructions are very good for employees. ABB has its own brand in market so you get well respect from client. Company offers lumpsum leave's for employees.

Dislikes

Especially for me, Politics, management was not good. Commissioning & servicing engineer life not good. You need to travel more. Salary hike is not good. ABB has not grown in standardization of documents or drawings compared to other companies. Growth system in this company is very slow. Only your salary increases but not your position until you bucket your manager.

Cons If you are on third party payroll, you will be treated as a slave. Sometimes, they wont even give leave also. At the time of FAT, you will have to work for around 18hours continuously for minimum 3 days. They have even send people to the site at the time of corona also, they really dont care about the third-party engineer. Dont worry about the training, you wont get any! Poor management. Engineers are always in high pressure. No need to worry about the personal life and personal time, because company also dont think about that. You are supposed to work like machine....Read More
