Work culture is great. Seniors value your time and effort and work alongside you rather than slamming you with it. I would say best corporate office ever because what makes an organization better is their people and the employees here are super nice and no toxicity is promoted her.

Extended continuous support to all employees through different on line workshop, training through conf, call in any official or personals issue too. IN spite of maximum best support few arear we are striving for continual improvement as amendment of few policies towards the employee satisfaction, career growth of the employees. 360 degree PMS system, R & R programme for blue collar employees etc.
