May be Brand name is just positive.
Genuine review: 1. No permanent role (Only contractual) 2. No hikes or appraisals 3. No learnings of new tools. You are lagging way behind the market. Even if we learn by ourselves, no opportunity to get into technical role. I wasted my precious time working here. 4. Management is lazy. They take 2 - 3 lakhs per month but don't evencall sales director in case of any important high level work. All is done through mis only as we are treated like telecallers, data entry operators, operation managers etc. 5. Lot of data scams but only mis is made responsible of all. 6. No body knows the process of work to give KT to mis. Only Mis have to teach the higher management on what the process is . 7. No respect. They yell at us like we are servants. Verdict: 1. Never join as a contractual role because when you want to switch to another company they say contractual people are ineligible for interviews. 2. Never join as mis because there is no respect for mis in industry. MIS is treated as all in one data entry operator who can be used for telecalling also....Read More
