It is a lala company with no job security. Hiring and firing happens every day. Sales team only had 3-4 guys working since long with same figures. Total waste of career. If you are checking the feedback given. Max feedback given after 2021 are fake as one point of time the their overall score had came down to 2.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
