They act like employees are there servent which demotivates some time and don't allow an individual to exceed their limits for the company

Aavas should know the workers are human body not the machine. The company should give holidays on holidays work not the all day working days culture. All 7 day working culture should change in company so worker can spend time with family

Dislikes

The HR and HO worker's behavior is not good for branches worker they think they are the boss and giving salary from own pocket. Salary growth is not good with the position growths. Senior member can't raise the voice of thier team mats on upper level.
