Seniors are very partial and politicians, as they do branch politics. They never wants to groom you. Seniors never tried that you get appraisal or promotions. While they charge from subordinates for any work if they do. Worst working culture

Earlier Incentives was too good, now incentives are restructured and paying less . Earlier salary package was also offered less.

Appraisal and and salary is always been limited as set my company saying HR always HR policy is clearly mentioned that appraisal done when u join from that day but till yet year no appraisal done,

Do not work no value of your word and also which say from CM that is final you login case 60 in month but only 2 or 3 sanction and your incentive will be loss
