So much pressure no proper management where HR head checks teachers lesson plan who has not even done Bed so one can know what is happening apart from teaching everything is happening all meeting are there to do the paper works and nothing else.

I liked to work there because that organisation work for slum children to make them educated and also the staff I have worked with is also very supportive.
